My friend Kirk came to visit and we decided on a whim to go camping in Telegraph Cove on Vancouver Island. We were in the info centre when a guy named Jim came in to show his amazing photographs of the wildlife in the area. Jim was kind enough to invite us out on his boat at 3:30am the next day. These images are only a fraction of what we saw during the nine hour trip at sea. It was an incredible day and Jim is an incredible guy. I feel very lucky and am really glad to have met him.
